MINDY AVILES KELLY, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Mindy leads the Partnership Fund’s investments in advanced manufacturing, food and infrastructure. Prior to joining the Partnership Fund, Mindy was a Senior Vice President at Mizuho Bank’s Private Placement Group where she was responsible for origination and distribution of privately placed senior capital for U.S. and international clients in a wide variety of industry sectors.  Mindy has extensive debt capital markets and investment management experience and participated in the creation and launch of Debt Private Placements Groups, establishing business strategies across multiple distribution channels.  Mindy has a Master’s degree from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia University.

Peter Cohen, General Counsel

Peter is the General Counsel of the Partnership Fund for New York City. Prior to joining the Partnership Fund in 2007, Peter was Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, working on mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, dispositions and joint ventures. Peter received a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Dan Connell, Associate

Dan is an Associate at the Partnership Fund for New York City. Prior to joining the Partnership Fund, Dan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James where he advised on the execution of numerous M&A, restructuring and private placement transactions. Prior to Raymond James, Dan was a Consultant at FTI Consulting. Dan is a graduate of Villanova University, with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Business. While at Villanova, he led the campus’ Special Olympics organization of over 80 undergrads – planning and executing the largest student-run Special Olympics event in the world.

Anthony Giugliano, Chief Financial Officer

Anthony Giugliano is the Chief Financial Officer of the Partnership for New York City and the Partnership Fund for New York City. Prior to joining the Partnership Fund, Mr. Giugliano was the Chief Financial Officer at Catholic Charities of Brooklyn and Queens, serving as the organization’s first CFO in its 100-year history. Previously, he worked extensively in the private sector including various financial positions at Viacom International and Bertelsmann AG. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Brooklyn College and an MBA from Long Island University.

Maria Gotsch, President & CEO

Maria is the President and CEO at the Partnership Fund for New York City. Prior to joining the Partnership Fund in 1999, Maria was a Managing Director at BT Wolfensohn (now part of Deutsche Bank), providing strategic and financial advice related to mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and the development of business strategies. Before starting with Wolfensohn, Maria worked at LaSalle Partners in the New York area and for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in New York and London. Maria has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Wellesley College.

Vijay Krishnamurthy, Senior Portfolio Manager

Vijay is the Senior Portfolio Manager at the Partnership Fund for New York City. Prior to joining the Partnership Fund, Vijay performed valuations and audits for accounting firms, encompassing a wide variety of industries. In addition to valuations and audits, Vijay has extensive experience in bankruptcy consulting and has worked on numerous due diligence assignments in connection with acquisitions. Vijay is a CFA charterholder  and a Chartered Accountant. He also holds an MBA from Hofstra University.

SUNNY PARIKH, DIRECTOR

Sunny is a Director at the Partnership Fund for New York City, focusing on Fintech and Digital Health. Prior to the Partnership Fund, Sunny was Director of Strategy & Finance at RedVision (sold to First American). Previously, Sunny was an Investment Associate at Updata Partners focusing on growth-equity technology investments. Prior to Updata Partners, Sunny worked as an Investment Banking Associate at ThinkEquity Partners. He is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

ALLI TAMBOLINE, DIRECTOR

Alli is a Director at the Partnership Fund for New York City. Prior to joining the Partnership Fund, Alli graduated from New York University with a BA in Economics, and dual minors in Business Studies  and Social & Public Policy. Alli was selected for NYU Wagner’s Fellowship for Future Emerging Leaders in Public Service (Class of 2015), a unique leadership and career development program for early-career professionals in public service.
