“Governor Hochul and legislative leaders have reached agreement on a state budget that will reinforce the strength and stability of New York’s economy. They have resisted tax increases and contained spending, and underwritten solid plans to incentivize new housing production, increase support for education and mental health services, and tackle the problem of retail crime. This budget addresses the most important priorities for business and residents of the state.”
