Congestion Pricing: Time to Get Serious

Overview

A coalition of transportation advocates, planners and engineers is seeking to promote a congestion pricing proposal for the city that they call MoveNY. To judge the merits of MoveNY, the Partnership for New York City asked the NYU Center for Urban Science and Progress to convene a panel of experts to review and assess the proposal and prepare a written report summarizing their findings.
